ABSTRACT

This research study delves into the dynamic project OBSERVE, aimed at optimizing and enhancing teacher competencies through a multifaceted and comprehensive approach to professional development in the field of education. The study involves 104 teachers of Lemery Senior High School. Employing a systematic and data-driven methodology, the researcher utilized questionnaire as the main data gathering tool. Also, through scheduled classroom observation, data were gathered and analyzed.

The study revealed that the level of competencies in teaching in terms of classroom management and mastery of the lesson was on a very great extent. Also, teachers utilized the 2C2IR approach in teaching. Such difficulties were also encountered by teachers in giving instruction. With this the researcher proposed Project Observe where it encompasses various activities and program to establish an effective framework that integrates innovative teaching methodologies and personalized feedback mechanisms to elevate pedagogical practices and instructional strategies in Lemery Senior High School.
