Nowadays every teacher makes a way to meet the needs of the students. Out of their box they follow the use of modern technology to be used in communication with students and their parents. Online platforms are being studied by teachers to become experts in their use. It is available in online meeting and synchronous and asynchronous for students.
In the upcoming opening of class although it is modular distance learning, in collaboration with school, teachers, parents and students they use google meet for parents’ teachers orientation, meeting teachers and say hello to students also using the zoom application. Facebook is also one of the most used to communicate with parents and students of teachers. It is easier for teachers to trace their new students this school year using the facebook.
Many teachers now create their vlog or youtube channel to help fellow teachers on how to use various online applications. In this way everyone works together to learn and share what they know. Task of every individual is also made into a vlog or posted on the youtube channel.
In these ways everyone can communicate. It is a huge help to everyone especially the young people are not allowed to go out and most of the skeletal work force is still there.
Thanks to the new technology that we are now adapting in the new normal.
