The main focus of this study was to determine the behavior observes by teachers and parents, behavior that can be given concerns, significant difference between the parents and teachers responses on the pupils’ behaviors, and plan of action to address behavioral problems among pupils. There were 290 Grade one pupils who used as the respondents of the study.  Teachers and parent were also used as the respondents of the study to determine if they have the same findings of students’ behavior possessed in both classroom and home. The instruments employed in the study was questionnaire. The said instrument used to determine the behavior of the pupils and which behavior are given concern.  The school administration, in collaboration with the parents of the affected pupils, must hold an effective conference discourse based on the study's findings. Close monitoring among pupils of both parents and teachers based on the proposed behavioral template. Parents may be given training on how to handle their kids effectively. Teachers may conduct recollection among their pupils.
