Descriptive quantitative analysis methodology was used in this study. Random sampling called a fish bowl technique was used to fulfill the criteria for the collection of suitable respondents. In order to collect the necessary data, the researcher created a standardized questionnaire based on the question posed in the problem statement and with the guidance of the research advisor. The questionnaire checklist was reviewed by selected health practitioners and checked for internal accuracy using Cronbach Alpha.

Most of the respondents were between 36-45 years of age, graduated from high school and had a monthly family income of 1,000-5,000 pesos. Most of them had two (2) to three (3) pregnancies at gestational age and the same live children. Respondents scored the majority of "Agree" products. Result showed that respondents were seeking ways and methods of conducting family planning to reach their ideal number of children in order to fulfill their basic needs. They received help to develop their understanding of the various forms of family planning.

The estimated p = value of 0.0000 in age, gender, educational attainment, economic status, gravida and para is less than the relevant value of 0.05.
