ABSTRACT
This study is a descriptiveresearch which was conducted to determine the motivation on the motivation onthe teaching of Mathematics of teachers in Nasugbu West Central School Nasugbu,Batangas. The following finding were drawn from the study. The respondentsassess agree on the level of motivation in teaching Mathematics both intrinsic and extrinsic. The respondents agree that they encountered problems in teaching Mathematics. There is a significant relationship between level of motivations in teaching Mathematics and the problems encountered on it and a proposed action plan was designed to further develop the motivations in teaching Mathematics
