ABSTRACT
The English language is a big factor that decides if college students will succeed or not in English Proficiency. This is because it monitors the English fluency of the learners to have a better understanding when it comes to communication, writing essays, and reporting. With this thought in mind, the researcher has since then, that the college students have been having a hard time learning some skills to develop their English Proficiency. The majority of college students find the subject boring, thus neglecting to enhance their skills, however, some of the college students view the English subject as their great field for learning. This perception can affect the learning process that hindering college students from pursuing their English Proficiency. This study utilized the descriptive methods of research. Based on the findings, the following conclusions are drawn. Most of the respondents are between their ages of 15 and 20, female, and College students. The respondents often perform Fluency in speaking English, Writing an Essay, and Reporting are the contributing factors in English Proficiency of the College students. There is no significant difference in the assessment of the respondents on the contributing factors that affect the English Proficiency of the college students when a profile is considered. The Learning Activity sheets are designed by the researcher based on the results of the study. There was no significant difference in the perceptions of the respondents regarding their English Proficiency of College students when the Profile was considered. The Learning Activity sheets are designed by the researcher based on the results of the study.
