ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to create, assess, and determine the extent to which SIM-GOs were helpful to Taysan San Jose Integrated National High School students in Grade 7 while they learned science. In recent years, NAT outcomes have fallen along with science. The study's findings, which were collected using the descriptive technique of research, showed that. In recent years, NAT outcomes have fallen along with science. The study's findings, which were collected using the descriptive technique of research, showed that understanding science concepts was extremely challenging, with a composite mean of 2.95 which indicates difficulty to a great extent. The researchers designed and developed SIM-GO’s which is a dual approach in enhancing students’ academic performance and valid learning material sustained by a composite mean of 4.77, with an “excellent” rating. The SIM-GOs were found useful to a great extent with a composite mean of 3.07 which implies that its effectiveness was reflected from the students' improved performance after its utilization. The findings from this research serves an effective tool in promoting autonomous learning and enhancing memory to increase students' achievement in Science.
