ABSTRACT
This study identified the utilizing strategies for improving college students’ vocabulary as basis for learning activity sheets in selected private college institution in Nasugbu Batangas during the school year 2024-2025. The respondents of the study were thirty-five (35) Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English. The following data were drawn from the study: common vocabulary strategies encountered by the student as they work to strengthen their vocabulary and vocabulary strategies used by the teachers for improving students’ vocabulary skills.
There was significant relationship between the common vocabulary challenges that prevent students from mastering vocabulary and strategies used by the teachers to improve the vocabulary development of the students.
