UNDERSTANDING THE ADAPTIVE RESPONSE OF GRADE 6 PUPILS TOWARDS THEIR

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

ABSTRACT

This study assessed the Understanding the Adaptive Response of Grade 6 pupils towards their Interpersonal Skills in Nasugbu West Central School. The findings of the study served as a basis for adaptive response of the pupils towards their interpersonal skills. This study utilized fourty (40) students, twenty males and twenty female using quantitative-descriptive and correlational research method. The findings of the study revealed that the respondents were 11-12 years old, majority were male and female of Grade Six pupils. Respondents strongly agreed on the understanding adaptive response based on their interpersonal by assessing themselves in terms of ability to express themselves to others, communicate other people, and to develop communication skills. There is no significance difference on the perceptions of the respondents on adaptive response of the pupils towards their interpersonal skills when profile is considered. A learning activities and program was designed to further enhance the communication skills.
