RESOURCE EQUITY AND SCHOOL OUTCOMES IN BASIC EDUCATION

ABSTRACT

The study was conducted to examine the relationship between the level of resource equity and school outcomes of the Basic Education of the Division of Camarines Sur. This study also determined the significant difference between resource equity and school outcome and the emerging issues and barriers to resource equity in the education of secondary national high schools. Results revealed that the level of agreement on resource equity along the output of educational institutions and the impact of learning, access to education participation and progress, financial resources invested in education and learning environment, and the organization of schools were high. School outcomes in terms were high. School Managers were implementing intervention and enrichment programs and activities to meet the needed individual support of their learners.
