ABSTRACT
The study examined the connection between students’ learning difficulties in cooking and the strategies they use to overcome them. Results showed that students had moderate challenges especially in time management, recipe interpretation, and cooking method mastery while consultation with teachers and practice were the most effective strategies. The study concludes that a supplementary booklet is needed to guide students and strengthen their technical cooking skills for real-world industry standards.
