ABSTRACT

The study examines the implementation of technology in classroom teaching and its impact on learning outcomes of Balayan Senior High School students. The findings show that the use of technology in the educational sector greatly increases the interest, motivation, and participation of students. It facilitates learning more efficiently and more personally. The research also confirms that students learn more and are engaged when their teachers use digital tools effectively. However, a slow internet connection, insufficient gadgets, and excessive reliance on technology issues motivate students not to fully benefit from it. Based on these observations, the research indicates that teachers should guide students to use digital tools only if they improve comprehension, self-learning, and problem solving in a direct manner. The institution has to develop policies that balance screen time with the utilization of physical resources by maximizing library services, enhancing book collections, and creating study areas that promote reading and research beyond technology. The institution also needs to provide training programs in the disciplined and responsible use of digital platforms to prevent distractions and gadget dependency. Briefly, balanced integration of modern technology and traditional resources can create a more balanced learning environment. With this balance, there is promotion of critical thinking, focus, and lifelong learning approaches to study, allowing the students to make the most of both digital and written learning modalities.
