It utilized the quantitative research design where 161 intermediate pupils from Grades IV-VI of school year 2022-2023 were used as the respondents of the study. The researchers used survey questionnaire to pupils in order to gather the information needed in the research. The data obtained was carefully tabulated, evaluated and analyzed using percentage and ranking to identify the pupils’ perception on the impact of Project RITEMED. The result revealed that this Project helped increase the academic progress of the pupils.
