ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge and real food handling practices of barbecue vendors in the municipality; the research was carried out in the municipality of Balayan, Batangas and was entitled as; 'Food Safety Knowledge and Practices among Barbecue Food Vendors in Balayan, Batangas: Basis of Structured Training on Food Safety Principles".
